The state has given the city a task. San Francisco basically has to look at all of our policies, our land use policies, our zoning policies, and we have to create a plan. And that plan has to include where and how, more or less we’re gonna accommodate 82,000 new units by the year 2031. And so, if you do the math like that averages out to sort of around 10-ish thousand units per year.
