Eric Estrada
Eric Estrada / Associate Producer
I was born and raised in San Francisco. I started as a live sound engineer at a local church. After listening to radio for years, I thought to combine my engineering background with my hobby, music. When I realized, I liked the idea of being on a radio show and entertaining people, I began pursuing a radio career. My passion for radio grew over time, and my first project was helping a blind friend produce and engineer a sports talk show and an afternoon drive time talk show.
I came on board as an associate producer for Voices of the Community when I met George Koster while I was a production manager for City College of San Francisco’s radio station (KCSF Radio). When I transferred to San Francisco State University I was the production manager for their radio station (KSFS Radio), and I have also worked as a board operator, at CBS Radio (Alice 97.3). I also co-created and currently produce an independent hip-hop music show, known as Da MaddHouze on KPOO 89.5 FM San Francisco. Find out more about Eric’s work.

I am the Co-founder and Creative Director of Citron Studio, a design studio that is rooted in a passion for fresh ideas. I first met George while working as a designer at eBay back in the late 90s and we’re still working together today!
Prior to eBay I worked at three different Bay Area advertising agencies before jumping over to the corporate side of things. I then co-founded Citron Studio in 2000.
I have worked with George designing in the Real Estate, Community Enrichment and Non-Profit spaces, including print, branding and logo design, large scale event graphics as well as web and digital design. Over my career, I have worked with companies like Frigidaire, Electrolux, United Way, Unicef, Pepsi, eBay, Paypal, Tiny Prints, 9Organics and Motorola. I truly enjoy the diversity of working on different types of projects and with people from all walks of life, all over the world.
I am so proud of this show’s award winning success, George brings so many critical issues to light, helping those who truly need it. It has been and continues to be a privilege to work on Voices of the Community.
